1. ELIGIBILITY/ENTRY
1.1 Entry is open Australia wide.

1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of SociallyEm and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin

1.3 SociallyEm is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion.

1.4 Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.

1.5 Eligible Entrants on notification of winning must provide their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify their entry in the Promotion.

1.6 SociallyEm reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an: entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by SociallyEm to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.


1.7 SociallyEm reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory nature.

1.8 It is a condition of entry that the winner may be required to provide valid identification to claim the prize.

2. WINNER SELECTION
2.1 The prize winner will be determined by random, using a random number generator. 

2.2 All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on each person who enters the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.

2.3 SociallyEm may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, then SociallyEm will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

2.4 The winner(s) name and state/territory of residence will be published online in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule.

3. PRIZES

3.1 Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

3.3 No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, SociallyEm reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value, subject to approval in accordance with state regulations.

3.5 Prizes will be given writhing 30 days of the winner being selected.

3.6 Prize values are in Australian dollars. Prize values listed above are the recommended retail value and are correct at the time of printing. SociallyEm does not accept responsibility for any variation in the value of The Prize(s).

3.7 SociallyEm makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize, except for any express manufacturer's warranty as may be included with the prize.
